Madison in ONE!

Have I told you how much I love being here, home in Ohio? Well this photo shoot is just proof of that! My best friend from high school, Susan and I have been able to spend tons of time together since I came back home. In the midst of us having fun, talking about our days, crying through the bad ones together, and just being there for each other......I have been able to watch her children grow. This was Maddie's first birthday shoot! She was due to be born on my birthday but I guess she didn't want to share it with me! Just Kidding Maddie! Anyway let the photos tell you what a beautiful blond haired, blue eyed baby girl she is! I love you Madison, Happy Birthday!

Our New Puppy!

So we got a new member of the family a week ago today! She is a little Lab puppy and we have named her Lucy. I had a photo shoot today so I thought I would take advantage of having the studio up and take some pics of the kids and baby Lucy.

On Saturday I had a lot of fun with these kiddos and their mommy Penny who I went to school with. We saw turtles, bugs, and they loved being by the water. They were busy doing their own thing but those are the kind of photos I like to capture. Gavin wasnt too thrilled about me wanting to take his picture so I had trick him a couple times to look at me and his big brother was a lot of help. I love my grandparents so much and I inspire to be like them everyday! I was asked to take some pictures for them and their website. They are such wonderful followers of Christ and their mission to serve Him is wonderful and powerful! They have touched so many people especially mine. So when i was asked to even be a small part of what they are doing to spread His word..............no hesitation! Here were my faves from last night..............(Oh and they also surprised me with a gift of Esther Price Candies!) If you are from the Dayton area you would understand how AWESOME that is!

Evie Turns One!

Today I got to take one year pictures for little Evie! Her mom and I went to highschool and played in the band together. It was wonderful seeing Christina again after ELEVEN years and meeting her new family! This is one of the great perks of my job......meeting up with friends I haven't seen in so long and making new ones. Evie is one sweet little girl with beautiful eyes! I got to editing some of her photos and could not stop.......so here are the ones I already got to today!

Smith Wedding 6/6/09

Congratulations Chris and Courtney! I met this wonderful couple when they decided to hire me as their photographer for their wedding. We clicked right away and now I consider them dear friends. My step sis was her maid of honor so it was pretty easy to have lots of fun shooting them and all their friends and family. Thank you so much guys for letting me share your day and I wish you nothing but love and happiness FOREVER! I have a ton of photos to work on so I may even post another blog later but for now enjoy this little preview!
